deAnna Anderson offers Jivamukti, Restorative, Vinyasa and Ashtanga classes. Vinyasa is the linking of movement and breath. Restorative yoga utilizes the breath to induce deep releases in the body through a series of passive poses. Both the Jivamukti and  the Ashtanga methods are vigorous vinyasa asana practices with philosophies that are deeply rooted in the ancient yogic teachings, emphasizing ujayii pranayama and the linking movement and breath.
