As members of society, it is easy to unconsciously absorb that which surrounds us. Feelings of stress, anxiety, grief or hopelessness often seep into us and cloud our perception of the world and the unlimited possibilities and potential within us can seem so distant. Periodically, it is essential for the yogi to retreat from the distractions of modern life, from the information and sensory overload that result from living in a fast paced, high tech world to process all the mixed signals we are receiving. Retreating to a natural setting and experiencing a life of simplicity with fellow truth seekers for rejuvenation, purification and upliftment allows us to gain deeper insight into who we really are and how we can refine our approach to daily living. When we are constantly bombarded by so many outside influences it is difficult to develop insight. When spiritual aspirants come together with the common intention of discovering clarity, balance, harmony and joy within it has a profoundly positive effect on the individual as well as all of creation. 

Investment for this 7-day retreat is about $1220. Airfare is not included but transportation to and from the spa is covered. This price covers food, lodging and 2 yoga classes per day. Additional spa treatments and recreational tours etc. are additional.
